Join author & historian Oliver Greeves to launch Nelson’s Lost Son at Sydney's oldest continually-licenced hotel. RSVP before March 16 for your free ticket for a Nelson's Blood or similar brew, crafted on the premises, and hear Oliver share his insights into Nelson's adventurous step-son.

About the event
You and your friends are invited to meet historian and author Oliver Greeves to 'wet the head' and launch his new novel Nelson’s Lost Son at Sydney’s oldest continually licensed hotel, full of memories of a major protagonist in the novel.
Please RSVP before March 16. Your free ticket includes a token for a complimentary glass of Nelsons Blood or other craft beer as well as the chance to enjoy Oliver's insights into the secret story behind this ancestor Josiah Nisbet - Fanny Nelson's son and British Naval hero Lord Horatio Nelson's step-son.
In Nelson's Lost Son, Oliver creates an adventure-packed story of skulduggery and military daring which also manages to explore the timeless issue of what can happen when we do not let our 'station', skin colour or even our parents - famous or not - define who we are.
Join in the celebrations anytime from 4.30pm in the upstairs bar. The launch is at 5.30pm including a chance to ask your questions about this fascinating era of naval and European history. The book signing and get together ends at 7pm.
Please make a booking directly with the Hotel if you wish to stay on at this character-filled pub for a casual dinner afterwards.

Show this ticket any time after 4.30pm on March 22 at the upstairs bar for your complimentary half-pint of a craft beer brewed on the premises. Join us to celebrate the completion and launch of Oliver's second novel, Nelson's Lost Son. Signed books will be available for purchase if you wish. The official launch is at 5.30pm and ends at 7pm. Guests can choose to stay on for a casual meal together in the main bar (at own expense) but please book directly with the Hotel.
